Following the death of Councillor Jane Wilsher there is a casual vacancy in the Fort Hill Ward, the deadline for applications is Monday 3rd October.
Following a recent assessment of the footpath along Hollowtree Road, it was highlighted that the bushes had encroached into the footpath. As a result of this the estates team from Barnstaple Town Council have attended and cut back the vegetation, restoring the footpath access between the pedestrian crossing and Old Station Road .
