Barnstaple Fair Proclamation to be Live-Streamed!
This year is still a bit different due to Covid 19 and Barnstaple Town Council are still observing some social distancing within The Guildhall.
This is why we have some important guests from the local community watching the ceremony LIVE in the Barnstaple Pannier Market and all members of the public are welcome to come along and watch it too.
